1a. BOOKING AN EVENT
Customers should check availability prior to booking an event. You can do this by phone, email, through our online diary or via our online secure form. Customers are able to provisionally book, however to secure your event we do require a deposit payment (see 1b) or your full package fees in advance of day (see 1c). All Paintball Games Providers have a specific Site Capacity and your payment secures the designated number of spaces for your Event against other possible interest - and of course pays for the specified package inclusions. We will also organise Staff, Equipment, Catering etc, for your Event some time in advance. You should be able to tell us the date, session (am / pm / full day / eve) and have a good idea of your expected final numbers, when you book.
1b. PROVISIONAL BOOKING (DELAYED PAYMENT OPTION)
If you are booking in plenty of time, you can place a provisional booking to reserve your spaces. Full Package Fees will therefore not be payable until 7-14 days prior to your event depending on lead-time and demand. This gives the Organiser plenty of time to collect in monies from the group, so you are not out of pocket. Please note however, we can guarantee holding a max of 20 spaces for you. If your numbers are higher than this, we would recommend a non-refundable deposit payment of £10pp (as in 1c). You can book provisionally for the total expected numbers (i.e. 30 or 40 etc), but please note if the day starts filling up, any additional spaces held over the 20, can not be guaranteed. We will of course endeavor to contact you if your spaces are at risk.
1c. CONFIRMED BOOKING (FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTION)
For those wishing to secure their event immediately, you can either pay your full package fees straight away, or put a £10pp non-refundable Deposit down against any inclusive paintball package, and pay the balance of your package fees on the day. Your £10pp Deposit should be paid at the time of booking. It is always advisable to pay for your confirmed participants only at this time. Additional players can always be added at a later date (space permitting). This Flexible Payment Option does NOT apply to Combination or Pay As You Go Packages.
Please note that we do advise Customers to book as far in advance as possible (especially for peak season, weekend or large mid-week bookings), as the risk of limited or unavailable spaces increases the closer to the event you try to book.
1d. CORPORATE EVENTS – ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS / INVOICING
Please note that the Flexible Payment Option / Deposit option is not available to Corporate bodies. We can however offer the following Invoicing options, and can accept payment by Cheque, BACS or Purchase Card (3% trans fee on Corporate Credit Cards).
-
VAT Receipt / Invoice issued by return upon payment (for Companies paying directly via Payment Card).
-
VAT Invoice Issued (subject to agreement) with Payment Terms Prior to Event.
-
14 Day VAT Invoice Issued at final number confirmation (subject to agreement), for payment most likely to be made post-event. (Purchase Order required on Company Headed Paper).
2. CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW
Should you need to cancel a provisional booking, please give us plenty of notice (At least 7 days notice). Other interest is turned away whilst your booking remains with us. If you have already confirmed your booking with payment and wish to cancel in part or whole, a £10pp cancellation fee will be retained. Player numbers can be reduced without charge at the provisional stage only. There is no charge for a postponement should you wish to reschedule, however again, at least 7 days notice is required. In the case of player drop-off on the day, paid packages will be offered to the group. No refunds will be made on the day.
Please Note that Provisional bookings can be held up to 7 days prior to the Event, upon which time if no confirmation can be established, we are at liberty to cancel.
