Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

A. PRIZE DRAW ENTRY
i. Entry to our Prize Draw is FREE.
ii. One Entry per Customer is permitted only.
iii. This draw is not open to employees of A1 Paintball and their families.
iv. Entry must be submitted by completing our online Customer Feedback Form at http://www.a1paintball.org/a1_paintball_review.html
v. Entrants must supply their Full Name, Date of Event Attended and Correct Email Address in order to Submit a Valid Entry.
vi. In order to submit clear feedback about the products and services we provide, and thus your assistance be rewarded with entry into our prize draw (and a chance to win our £150* voucher giveaway!), all entrants must be existing Customers with experience of the A1 Paintball Site.
vii. Entrants must be 12 years old or over (winner's may be asked to verify age).

B. PRIZE DRAW PROCEEDINGS
i. Prize Draws will take place once every 6 months (usually on the first day of the month).
ii. Each draw date will be published on http://www.a1paintball.org/a1_paintball_review.html and entries for that draw will be accepted up to 24 hours earlier.
iii. ONE winner will be drawn randomly from all entrants, and will be notified via the email address supplied.
iv. The Winner will be sent an email notifying them of a winning entry within 7 days of the draw date.
v. The Winner will be sent an e-voucher with a Unique Identifier to allow them to claim their award against a paintball event at A1 Paintball.
vi. We do not accept liability for any Entrant mis-spelling their email address, or changing / removing their email address during the draw period. If we we can not deliver prize draw the winning notification, the draw will be taken again and a new winner announced.

C. PRIZE DETAILS
i. The prize = ONE (1 x) E-voucher, admitting TEN (10 x) Players on a Half Day Session to A1 Paintball which includes (pp): Site Admission + Full Equipment Hire + Compressed Air + Free Tea / Coffee + 100 Paintballs.
ii. Prize total is worth up to £150 based on standard Pay As You Go Tariffs at the time of this publication (Nov/2009).
iii. The E-Voucher has no cash value, and can not be redeemed for cash.
iv. The Value of the E-Voucher can not be offset against other A1 Paintball Packages.
iii. The E-Voucher is Valid for 12 months from the prize draw date.

 

D. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
i. The Claimant must provide a Valid Unique Identification Code (found on the winning E-Voucher) to claim his / her prize (your E-Voucher is non-transferrable)
ii. Please note that our standard booking terms & conditions remain in force. Please see http://www.a1paintball.org/terms.html when booking an event.
iii. Please note however that in when redeeming your prize, we will not secure a cash deposit from you when you book in your event date. However, we will 'Reedeem' your E-Voucher on the system, voiding the Unique Identifier you have used to make your claim. This will render your Vouchers unusable in the future, and therefore we can not compensate for late cancellations / no-shows.
iv. In submitting your Feedback form to A1 Paintball and entering our Free Prize Draw, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
